Most landscape failures happen at install. Plants set too deep, dropped into un-amended sand or clay-fill, mulched right up against the trunk, watered by an irrigation system nobody bothered to tune. The design was fine. The install killed it.

Our whole install process exists so that doesn't happen to you.

Why there's no per-square-foot price

Installation isn't priced per square foot, because no two projects are alike. The cost depends on the site, the soil, the plants, and the scope of the design. That's exactly what the consultation and design process figures out. By the time we're ready to install, you'll know your real number, based on your actual yard instead of a guess.

This is how I can stand behind my work. I price it right because I've already walked your land and designed every inch of it. If you're looking for someone to quote a yard they've never seen, that's not how I work, and honestly, you shouldn't trust a number like that anyway.

What we do differently

• Real soil work. Organic amendments based on what's actually in your ground, not a one-size template.
• Root balls set to drain. Trees and anything that hates wet feet get planted so the roots can breathe. Not buried, not drowning.
• Vetted nursery stock. We source from growers we know. No leftover big-box seconds that were dying on the pallet.
• Mulch installed to spec. 3–4 inches of coarse organic, out to the drip line, and never touching the trunk (that's how you rot a tree).
• Irrigation zoned for the plants. Young trees on their own zone, natives on drip, turf shrunk down or gone.
• We stay after install. Check-in visits through the first months, so we catch small problems while they're still small.

Will my plants make it?

Honest answer: I barely lose plants. When you start with a healthy plant, put it in the right place, plant it properly, and give it good irrigation, there's no reason it shouldn't thrive. That's not luck. That's the whole point of doing it right.

Every install comes with a 60-day plant establishment warranty, and I'd rather you hear the real terms from me than find them in the paperwork later. If a plant dies in its first 60 days because of how it was installed, I replace it once with a comparable plant, as availability allows. The warranty counts on you following the watering and care instructions I leave you with, and it can't cover what nobody can control: storms, floods, freezes, drought, animals, or plantings that get changed after I leave. It also doesn't cover annuals, sod, or plants living in pots. The installation agreement spells all of this out, and you'll see it before we ever break ground.

One more thing you'll hear from me straight: I can't guarantee citrus. Citrus greening disease has hit trees all across Florida, and nobody can promise you a citrus tree's future. I'll tell you that before we ever plant one.

Here's the bigger truth. I don't just guarantee plants. In my heart, I guarantee you. My favorite thing is watching a design come to life over the years, and almost every client I've ever worked with still calls me back.
