Consultation
Where every project starts. A paid on-site walk-through with a UF-trained horticulturist. Me. Real answers, real recommendations, standing in your yard looking at the actual plants. Also available on its own, for a specific question or a second opinion.
$250, credited toward your design
Every Longleaf project begins here. We walk the property together, I ask the questions that actually matter, and you get real horticultural feedback standing in the yard. Sun hour by hour, soil, drainage, HOA stuff, how you actually use the space. If we're the right fit, we scope a design from there and the $250 credits toward it.
Not every visit has to lead to a full design. Plenty of people book the consultation on its own: a struggling tree, a tricky side yard, a plan somebody else drew that you want a second opinion on. That's a fair use of the hour too.
Common questions
What is the consultation?
A $250 on-site visit. We walk your property together, look at what's there, and I answer real horticultural questions. Plant by plant, spot by spot. If you have me back for a design or install, the $250 credits toward it.
Why is the consultation paid?
It's an honest filter. You get real answers from someone who actually studied this stuff for an hour or more, and it means I'm not giving away my day to somebody just kicking tires. Fair on both sides.
What if I just have questions and don't want a design?
That's exactly what the consultation is for. Hire me for that alone. No pressure to keep going.
